The whole thing is outsourced to different groups, The pollock guys were great, as we the asbestos guy (cost twice the going rate for meter square removal) Was supposed to have started on November 21st but wasn’t done till December 20th

Not yet fitted! But Companion are not the easiest company to communicate with. My 1st contact with them was Feb and the lift is scheduled for fitting 30th May.
JUST SORTING OUT ISSUES THAT OCCURRED WHEN THEY HAD TO ALTER THE BANISTERS BECAUSE OF MY SIZE GETTING PAST THEM!! OTHERWISE FINE

The supposed Customer Liaison was incredibly slow, and never available to talk to - he sent e.mails, which did not reassure us at all. Whilst the lift is a great boon, it is cheaply manufactured, with poor fitting plastic and metal finishing parts.
