All those who took part in the preparation for and installation of the lift were friendly, courteous and efficient. I could not have wished for a nicer team of people to be working in my house. I was kept informed of progress at each stage, which allowed me to arrange other events around the installation. The lift itself is a high quality product, which has surpassed my expectations.

Told fitting would take 2 days, actually took 3 1/2 days and had to come back twice to rectify issues..Finished lift work well.

Lift is everything we expected it to be. Fitted professionally. All the fitting guys were lovely. Answered all our questions. So glad we had it installed. Guests refer to it as our Star Trek capsule ??

Workmen very efficient and hardworking. Plumber and electrician arrived on time when required. All rubbish neatly stored in an outside designation and collected promptly. In all a very good job and very pleased with the end result.

There were some technical issues experienced on the installation date where additional parts were required and needed to be ordered, which required a second visit by the lift engineer before the lift could be made operational. That said, overall the quality of the installation and the support service provided by Stiltz was very good.

Being a new build there were some small difficulties but the design and installation team worked well with the main contractor to resolve them.
