The lift is absolutley fine and we are very pleased with it. All the work men were very friendly, polite and worked well. Where it lacked was the completion/ finishing and checking of jobs- air not bled out of system- so boiler was significantly damaged, plastering was very poor, floorboards in one area squeak badly, skirting board not reinstalled properly and a doorbell was broken, carpet not refitted properly. Such as shame when everything else was so good.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Cleaned up after themselves. Excellent back-up from office staff throughout the whole procedure. Most impressed! STILTZ lift is brilliant. Beats a stairlift by miles, even though its more expensive Would certainly recommend Stiltz.

Ronan and Andrew were excellent , They were always on time left everywhere very clean and tidy They explained the work as it progressed Amazing guys .The other guys who fitted the lift etc were also a pleasure to have around ,but we only saw them for one day ,All in all a very stress free time ,and very please with the lift. We would certainly recommend Stiltz

We realized it needs longer than I expected However the service with builder plumbers were efficient Though we had initial hiccough with lift position which caused the delay

All those who took part in the preparation for and installation of the lift were friendly, courteous and efficient. I could not have wished for a nicer team of people to be working in my house. I was kept informed of progress at each stage, which allowed me to arrange other events around the installation. The lift itself is a high quality product, which has surpassed my expectations.

Told fitting would take 2 days, actually took 3 1/2 days and had to come back twice to rectify issues..Finished lift work well.

Lift is everything we expected it to be. Fitted professionally. All the fitting guys were lovely. Answered all our questions. So glad we had it installed. Guests refer to it as our Star Trek capsule ??
