All the Stiltz workers seemed genuinely interested in the customer being completely happy. They arrived on time, were very efficient and very pleasant. The lift has given my husband his independence back and me, peace of mind. I can thoroughly recommend.

There was a problem with the Lounge wall not going to the roof, the front bedroom wall was not in alignment and the lift therefore had to be sited away from the corner in the Lounge and more into the room. A;though I was shown the site where the lift would go by the gentlemen who were fitting the lift, it was difficult for me to envisage. I would have appreciated the Surveyor having pointed this problem out and having a look around my house to see if the lift could be fitted in a different pos

From first visit to final installation, a superb firm to work with. The lift was installed far in advance of when we had hoped. All work was carried out quickly and to the highest standard. We highly recommend Stiltz.

Excellent from start to finish. They started at a great disadvantage due to my mid-placed bad attitude After three surveys and again my bad attitude your surveyer persevered in a friendly professional manner We were offered a free up grade due to it not going where we originally wantetd it saving £5-6k and amazedTOTALY amazed having been told Jan/Feb installation a despite pleading for an earlier date they could start tomorrow. We had one post installation issue - not with the lift where the safety systems worked perfectly, but with a wooden door that had been built to replace removed bannisters showing it was not locked. It was a Sunday and the Stiltz dury enginees travelled form well over 100 miles away to fix the proble, that day - great custoner service

Communication from Companion Lifts was appalling. It took months for the job to start. I had to take care of the Building Warrant myself causing much stress. The actual supplier/fitters were superb. Pollock Lifts.

Fantastic service, workmanship and quality. Some followup work booked but this equipment is a total game changer. I am a retired Head of Social Care Operations sp I am in a good position to judge. With a 7yr warranty it does seem expensive compared with a stairlift, but there is no comparason. The lift is neat and compact.. It fits discretely into a corner, but the Stiltz duo+ looks very beautiful.

Not impressed by the installation team. They were very negative raising a number reasons why they could not go ahead with the installation despite the site having been signed of by the surveyor. They were also very 'off hand' with me. Eventually the Installations Manager arrived and the work proceeded. To add insult to injury, they failed to clear up after themselves leaving their rubbish behind. Furthermore the 'builder' stood around and on his phone for most of the time.
