Communication from Companion Lifts was appalling. It took months for the job to start. I had to take care of the Building Warrant myself causing much stress. The actual supplier/fitters were superb. Pollock Lifts.

Once the order was placed, further communication became impossible. Emails were not answered and could never get to speak to anyone on the phone. Could not get any information on expected delivery date. All this resulted in a few very worrying weeks. This leaves me unable to recommend Companion.

Although the builders, surveyor and electricians were great the organisation of all the companies very bad by Companion. Customer services bad and cancelled 4 times 2 of which were on the morning they were due to start work. Communication very bad. Still waiting for certificates for building controls. This has cost us a lot of money.

There was a lot of confusion as I ordered through Companion however it was Pollocks Lift`s vans that arrived. I am made up with the lift itself and the work carried out. The men were very tidy and hard working. However the Companion office were useless and it end up costing me more than originally quoted. I would not recommend companion themselves due to the confusion, however I can not fault the quality of the job.

Installers and Workman were very good and we had no problems with them at all. The Customer Service side of Companion were awful. They did not inform us of all the relevant information regarding invoicing and the fact they did not manufacture the lift.

Companion were very good even though the installation was late. I`m finding the lift super and am very happy with it better than the previous one we had installed.
